Quality Measures (QMs) are used to measure health care processes, organizational structures, and outcomes that relate to aspects of high-quality care of patients. Therapists can use QMs to guide clinical decision making and evaluate and report treatment effectiveness to key stakeholders, including payers and clients. This session will review reportable Skilled Nursing Quality Measures.  Suggestions on how therapists can participate in QM initiatives and integrate a quality-of-care approach clinical practice will be made.
