This course is designed to guide the healthcare manager, whether it is their first team leader role or if they are in a seasoned senior level position.  Real examples are used to depict the greatest principals of leadership in action, and to dissect the keys to success, based on tried and true skills.  The overall leadership role is well represented throughout this course, ranging from team building strategies to employee engagement and time management skills. Contact hours:  4.0  Target audience:  OT, COTA, PT, PTA, SLP  Satisfactory completion criteria:  Complete pre-/post-test, view all modules and video clips, complete all associated quizzes, submit course evaluation.
