The management of symptoms related to cancer and its treatment is an important part of cancer care, affecting the completion of treatment and quality of life, as well as physical and psychological functioning.  This seminar will identify the role of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in managing the effects of cancer in older adults.  In addition, this seminar will prepare clinicians to develop an effective plan of care and interventions for clients living and surviving with cancer.  Educational level:  Intermediate.  Contact hours 6.0.  Target audience:  OT, COTA, PT, PTA, SLP.
