This course will review the assessments, interventions and related factors for residents who have conditions with significant nutritional deficits. Participants will learn about a variety of factors and associated risks of poor nutritional status, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the interdisciplinary roles and to best work together toward addressing the overall needs of these residents.
