This seminar provides an overview of advocacy practices necessary to support residents at their highest level of function. To do this, a resident’s needs must be identified and all care that is necessary must be provided. Resident advocacy also supports skilled services, achieves reimbursement and demonstrates the delivery of quality care.  Education Level: Introductory Contact hours: 1.0 Target Audience: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST  Satisfactory completion criteria: Complete pre/post-test, views all modules/videos, complete all associated quizzes, and submit course evaluation.
