Rehab Dining Programs are significant for achieving multiple goals in the SNF, such as  increased nutrition outcomes for residents, compliance with state and federal surveys, effective and daily staff training, achievement of care plan goals and prevent of weight loss or further preventable decline, to name a few.  This course will address multiple factors, from research based studies to effective and proven strategies to achieving success beyond the inevitable challenges. Educational level: Intermediate.
