Aging healthfully and successfully involves integrating the body, mind, and spirit.  Yoga and tai chi are exercises that simultaneously address all three aspects of an individual’s life.  This seminar will explain the definitions and concepts of yoga and tai chi and how they relate to occupational and physical therapy. This course will also address the research supporting the use of yoga and tai chi in clinical practice. This course will not provide participants with a yoga or tai chi certification.
